Gastric adenocarcinoma, the original gastric body, the greater and lesser curvatures, the gastric antrum, invaded the pancreatic head and the retroperitoneum, the thickest part was 4.1cm. P53X2 branches were perfused into the peritoneal cavity every week, and low-dose nedaplatin plus 5-Fu was perfused into the peritoneal cavity on the third day. At the same time, intraperitoneal hyperthermia was performed for 4 consecutive weeks. During the treatment, the abdominal CT showed that the thickest part of the original gastric greater and lesser curvatures and the gastric antrum was reduced to 2.1cm, and the tumor was significantly reduced. The tumor was reduced by 49%, and PR was achieved. After 5 weeks of 50GY local radiotherapy, CT showed that the original gastric greater and lesser curvatures and the gastric antrum tumors were further reduced after 3 months, and the thickest part was reduced to 1.4cm (as shown in the left picture below), and the tumor was reduced by 66% (still the same after 7 months).
