Biography
Academician Li Lanjuan has served on major national science and technology projects, including the National "863", "973", and "15th Five-Year Plan" key projects, as well as key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. She has received the National Science and Technology Progress Award (Special Prize). They undertook research tasks on the diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases such as SARS, hand-foot-mouth disease, and post-earthquake prevention and control of H1N1 influenza. In particular, they achieved numerous original results in the research on the prevention and treatment of human infection with H7N9 avian influenza, which have been highly praised both in China and abroad, and have made significant contributions to the diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases in China.
