Basic philosophy of eliminating antisocial forces

In order to ensure the appropriateness and soundness of our operations, we, the Herun International Preventive Medicine Center, are committed to preventing antisocial forces, such as organized crime groups and other groups or individuals who pursue economic interests by making full use of violence, force and fraud. We declare the following basic policies to eliminate

1. Response as an organization

Our hospital has established a system to eliminate antisocial forces from the representative to the entire organization. We will do our best to quickly resolve the problem in response to unreasonable demands from antisocial forces and ensure the safety of patients, customers and employees.

2. Cooperation with external professional organizations

In order to receive appropriate advice and cooperation when antisocial forces make unreasonable demands, our hospital maintains a close working relationship with external specialized agencies such as the police, the Anti-Violence Center, and lawyers. In the event of unreasonable demands, cooperate with external specialized agencies.

3. Cut off all relationships including transactions

Our hospital has no relationship with antisocial forces, including business relationships. In addition, our hospital will closely monitor whether our affiliated personnel, including business partners, belong to antisocial forces, and if there is any relationship with antisocial forces without knowing it, our hospital will take appropriate action. When the other party is found or suspected to be an antisocial force, measures should be taken to terminate the relationship.

4. Civil and criminal legal countermeasures in emergency situations

Our hospital will firmly reject any unreasonable demands from antisocial forces. In addition to taking civil legal countermeasures, we will actively take legal action in criminal cases, including filing damage reports and complaints.

5. Prohibition of financing and backroom transactions

Our hospital will never provide funds to antisocial forces. In addition, even if antisocial forces make unreasonable demands due to business activity scandals or employee misconduct, we will never engage in backroom transactions to cover up the incident.
